The weather outside was frightful and the bowls were ‘just delightful’!
Wednesday this past week saw the Ladies team up against Allport. It had been raining all night and all that day and there was a long discussion about whether to postpone the match to one of the League catch-up days. In the end the Captains decided to go ahead. B&P won by 38 points.
Come play bowls, they said, it’s a lovely summer sport!
